Work on your joint and body mobility to warm up before a 25 minute low impact workout followed by 20 minutes of stretching and foam rolling to relax. 

All of our classes are body conscious and low impact. Available for all levels, modifications are always available. Whether you are starting to get back in shape or a professional athlete each class will make you work your body in different ways.
